Here are the ingredients to load:

Canned food
Canned tomatoes and canned beans, canned tuna and canned salmon are served as tuna cakes and pasta. Canned stew and chili soup. And don't forget the cream of mushroom soup; in a pinch, it can turn almost anything else you have into a meal.
For freezer
Frozen vegetables are fine. They are fresh frozen on the farm. Frozen chicken breasts and fish will melt quickly in the refrigerator. If you don't have time to unfreeze the refrigerator, slide the frozen food into a leak-proof plastic bag and place it in a large volume of cold water. This is a great way to prepare fresh herbs for freezing.
produce
There is one essential fruit on this short list of vegetables: lemon. They will be kept in the refrigerator for longer. Lemon juice adds bright acidity and flavor to many dishes. And, if you also keep the olive oil around, you will always have a salad dressing-stir or shake 1 part of lemon juice to 3 parts of oil. Drizzle the seasoning on roasted broccoli or steamed mung beans and you're ready to eat.
