This delightful, fragrant French toast is the best way to wake up on Christmas morning. Can be prepared the night before and freshly baked the next day. This is easier than standing on a frying pan and frying each slice of French toast individually! The egg mix features traditional gingerbread spice (scent of the whole house when baked), while cranberries add a bit of sourness. For best results, use a day of old bread as it absorbs liquid better.
