Making pasta at home is really easy! Using canned ketchup means you can also have dinner on the table in half an hour. Read on to learn how to make basic pasta with meat sauce!
Step 1: Obtain supplies
Before you start making pasta, you need to get the right supplies and materials first. To make pasta, you need:
* A box of pasta
* One can of marinade
* 1-2 pounds of ground beef or salami
* Two cauldrons, one for pasta and the other for sauce
* Serving tableware
*salt
*water
In fact, you can use any amount of meat-but about 1-2 pounds of meat per can of large sauce is best. I tend to use 1 pound of meat almost every time.
Step 2: Cooking meat + boiling water
Before you start, add water and a small amount of salt to the cauldron. Place it on the stove and raise it to start boiling!
Next, you will need to cook the meat. Remove all the meat from the container, place them in a large pot, then place the pot on the stove and set the stove to medium.
After that, you need to cut the meat into small pieces. When the meat is cut into small pieces, you will need to start turning the meat and make sure to turn it brown and cook thoroughly. Cooking takes about 10-15 minutes. When all the meat is brown and cooked, you can add the sauce.
Step 3: Mix the sauce
Next, you need to mix the marinade with the cooked meat. Take a jar of marinara sauce, pour it all over the cooked meat, and stir it until it all blends together. Then reduce the heat and bring it to a boil as you cook it.
Step 4: Cooking the pasta
Once the water is boiling, you can put the pasta in. Usually, it should be cooked in 7 to 11 minutes-just follow the time on the box!
Make sure to stir every few minutes to prevent it from sticking.
Depending on your schedule, you can stretch the pasta aside and put it aside, or you can put it directly into the sauce.
Step 5: Serving Pasta
There are several ways you can do this, but I prefer to mix the noodles in the pot with the sauce. I drained the noodles with tongs, put them in the sauce, and put a few spoonfuls of pasta water. Stir them together very well-pasta water wraps all the noodles and makes the sauce more sticky.
You can also place pure pasta on a separate plate and place a spoon on top. Everything for you.
Top the cheese and enjoy!
