There are many ways to cook chicken. Since chicken is the main meat we eat in this house (very annoyed by my husband), I have done my best to cook it.

Fried in a pan. Baked in bags. grilled. BBQ shop. raw.

Just kidding, not primitive ... just trying to make sure you are paying attention. 🙂

I must say that my first two are grilled and pan-fried. What these two people are best at is adding awesome flavors to the chicken's exterior, making the most of its flavor, and keeping the center moist instead of dry!

If it's correct, just season it with salt and pepper, but sometimes I'm just looking for something more delicious. Of course, you can add barbecue sauce and make it into barbecue chicken, but in today's recipe, we will season the spices directly.

Before even touching the chicken, make sure that it has been left at room temperature for at least 15 minutes to eliminate the cold. Then, make sure your chicken is cooked evenly, pound the chicken to a uniform thickness so that everything can be cooked the same.

How long does it take to roast chicken?

The key to a perfect grilled chicken recipe is to not touch the chicken on the grill. Once the chicken hits the grill, the stove lets the grill do all the work. Set your timer to 4 to 7 minutes, depending on the thickness of your chicken and flip. If the chicken is not grilled, the protein will be released upon completion. When the internal temperature reaches 165 degrees Fahrenheit, the chicken is considered "cooked." Check the temperature with a meat thermometer. Do not cut the chicken into pink as this will release all the juice and dry the chicken.
