Lemon Garlic Grilled Zucchini - zucchini, dried Italian seasoning/dried basil + oregano, minced garlic,dried garlic, salt, pepper, lemon juice, olive oil (optional)
Ingredients
- 2 Large zucchini, cut into 1/2 inch diagonal slices [1]
- 1 tsp Dried Italian seasoning (or 1/2 tsp dried basil and oregano)
- 2 tsp Minced garlic
- 1/2 tsp Dried garlic
- 1/2 tsp Salt (or to taste)
- 1/4 tsp Pepper (or to taste)
- 2 tbs Lemon juice
- 1 tsp Olive oil (optional) [2]
Method
- The estimated total time to make this recipe is 10 Minutes.
- Place everything in a large ziplock bag and shake it all together so the zucchini gets coated in seasoning and lemon juice.
- For best flavor, let zucchini marinate in fridge for at least 15 minutes or more. (The more you marinate the zucchini the more flavor the zucchini will absorb.)
- Before grilling zucchini, preheat grill over medium low heat. Place zucchini on heated grill and grill 2-3 minutes on each side, or until zucchini is tender to your liking and has grill marks. Enjoy!
